About the role

We are seeking part-time Airport Lounge (Food & Beverage) Attendants (Bartender) to join our dynamic team at Plaza Premium Lounge Australia Pty Ltd' in Sydney International Airport. As an integral part of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for our lounge guests.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests to the lounge, ensuring a pleasant arrival experience

• Preparing and serving a wide variety of food and beverage items to lounge guests

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the lounge, including restocking and replenishing supplies

• Assisting with the set-up and breakdown of the lounge at the start and end of each day

• Providing personalised customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns

• Working collaboratively with the broader lounge team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests

What we're looking for

• Must have previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally within an airport or lounge environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required

• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry
